The Team undertakes this project as part of a class requirement at the University of Texas at Dallas. Neither the University nor the Center for Information Technology and Management (CITM) warranties the work in any way.

VII. Renumeration

Upon signature of this Statement of Work, the client agrees to provide a donation in an amount of their choosing, but not less than $2,500 per project, to the Center for Information Technology and Management. Upon acceptance of the project as complete, the client agrees to provide a celebration dinner to the team at a location chosen by the client. The cost of the dinner is to be paid for by the client.
