Welcome to “CITM Research Notes” (CRN). Published three times per year in September, January and May, CRN is designed to highlight various research activities of the Center for Information Technology and Management (CITM).

The Center's main focus is on wrapping the business case around new and emerging technologies. To achieve this goal we focus on the application and effects of technology on business models and processes. CITM works with organizations, government entities, entrepreneurs, faculty and students to develop business and information technology solutions to specific problems and needs.

Each issue will highlight some of the research projects currently underway in the Center. Within the newsletters, links on the title allow the reader to go to the CITM web-site for additional information on the subject discussed.
